cannot update

Hello!

I had purchased the Variation Swatches plugin, but cannot update, or rather when it goes to update it says failed.

I have a license code but do not see where to enter it in the plugin. Plus, the website you have associated on my account was for the staging site, but the site went live with a proper domain name now…is that a problem?
