Can’t import shipping zone and orders

Hello i got this when i import shipping zone:
shipping_zone #Francia: Profile schema is invalid: Rate provider may not be empty .
shipping_zone #Spagna: Profile schema is invalid: Rate provider may not be empty .
shipping_zone #Belgio: Profile schema is invalid: Rate provider may not be empty .
shipping_zone #Slovenia: Profile schema is invalid: Rate provider may not be empty .
shipping_zone #Danimarca: Profile schema is invalid: Rate provider may not be empty .
shipping_zone #Italia: Profile schema is invalid: Rate provider may not be empty .

And this error for every order (i imported all the products, all simple products)
