Can’t Install Plugin

Hello. I just purchased the premium version of the plugin. Whenever I upload the zip file to install the plugin, it says the following:
“Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

Plugin installation failed.”

I was previously using the free version, which was working. I’ve tried installing the zip file with the plugin currently installed and also while it was not installed. I also tried installing the plugin with the the chrome extension installed and also uninstalled.
