Cant update plugins

Good day, I have many of your plugins but I cannot update them for some reason anymore. I could only update ORDER TRACKING via Envato plugins which I still have the support. Is it because for the other one, the support is expired therefore I cannot update them anymore or I should still be able to update even is support is expired?
