Cart Only Pop-Up

Hi
Site had the pop-up set as ‘Single product page’

All working and pop-up displaying and logging Guest info.

Client wanted it changed to just display pop-up on Cart.

Changed to ‘Cart page’ – but pop-up didn’t appear.

So added in Cart page ID as well – but pop-up didn’t appear.

Cleared cookies from browser. Cleared server cache. – but pop-up still didn’t appear.

What am I doing wrong?
