Change currency follow not working

Hello

We have enabled Change currency follow to shipping address. However, we are facing 2 problems:

1. After changing the country, checkout page keeps on reloading.
2. At the time of payment it reverts to original currency. For example:
If USA user is placing the order and provided shipping address of France, the currency changes to Euro but after we click on paypal/ stripe, it again shows USD.

How can we fix this.
