Change the display count of reviews on mobile

Hello.

I set the review style as Grid, and Number of columns set to 2 on desktop and 1 on mobile.

So, a single product page always shows 6 reviews.

But, is it possible to display 3 reviews only on mobile and load the rest with the load more button?

Please let me know if possbile, how do i that.
