Checkout mobile issues

I have tested the checkout process from a dektop computer (google chrome), with no problem at all.

But, with a mobile Xiamo Redmi (and google chrome, or the xiaomi navigator too), I face 2 problems in the checkout:

Firstly, in the final screen of the checkout, if I press the final “Place order button” without setting the checkbox for accepting the “terms and conditions”, the page does not respond anymore.
When tested in a desktop there’s no problem, and a message appears to notify the client to set that checkbox. But in the mobile it doesn’t work, no message appears and the client can’t do anything but reload the page and try again (this is a major issue).

Secondly, in the mobile test, the text of the buttons in the checkout don’t show the correct text I have personalised. For instance, I see “{next_title}” in the button, instead of the text it should show, while in a desktop computer (chrome) this works ok. So, to workaround this issue I have changed the button texts with fix texts. But this should be revised.

Please check if these are bugs of the pluging.
