Checkout page: Field titles floats or are missing

I’m having an issue with the checkout page on phone and resized windows, when you scroll, the field names are like in a fixed position and scroll along the screen, moving out of their input boxes

I then checked other browsers’ online mobile device preview pages and noticed that some fields don’t even have names. This seems to be a logged in/logged out issue. Once I logged out of WP, the cart checkout page lack text on fields, when i log back in, the field names return
