Chrome extension isn’t working

Chrome extension connected to my website (checkmark and everything is fine). But when I go to any Aliexpress category to import product, all the products have a RED line on top of them (not green). How do I get rid of this problem? Also when entering aliexpress website, it first asks me to check that I’m a human, and then it tells me I have to wait 5 minutes until the next check…
