CI Modified templates are not sent out correctly

Dear support team:
Following issue occured:
I have modified the templates in order to set my CI-designs and have tested multiple times, unfortunately with the result that ONLY the template which is marked as “This template will be used in the case of none detected template and the subject will be get from original email” as the order confirmation mail is sent out. Other mails/templates like “Hi {customer_name}, Your order {order_number} has been received!” and others are not sent out.
Additionally the template “This template will be used in the case of none detected template and the subject will be get from original email” seems to be a mix of Woocommerce original settings and my CI adjustments.
Can you please support how to fix this issue.
