closed order status ticket

I had the order status ticket.

I was saying that I was going to review, not for you to close yet. ok so it looks like unfulfilled orders that were cancelled/refunded are included in this count. Is there anyway to put those in cancelled/refund so that drafts is only the actual paid unfulfilled orders? This would be the arounf 1,015 of legitimate unfulfilled orders.
