Compatability with Pluginhive UPS Shipping Plugin

Having an issue with compatibility with the UPS shipping plugin. UPS prices in cart/checkout page do not convert currency values, only the currency label changes.

After contacting pluginhive, they want me to switch to Aelia currency converter they say is compatible – but hoping you can help as I prefer Multi Currency from you, and it works with everything else.
