Completed email not being sent

Hi,

I’ve set up an email with tracking details to go out automatically when an order is marked as completed, but after a few test orders I can see that the emails are not being sent. I’ve used WooComerce email customizer to create the template, and configured the settings in WooCommerce Orders Tracking.

I’d appreciate some assistance with the issue.
