Conditional content based on shipping method

Hello,

Is it possible to add text to an email that only shows when a particular shipping method is selected?

e.g. If Click & Collect is selected, we’d like to add a note to the order email informing the customer of how soon they will be able to collect/that they’ll get another email when it’s ready to collect, but if a customer has selected a postal option this text is hidden.
