Conditionals working only on the frontpage

Hello, any type of conditional i try to use it doesn’t work (it only works on the front page – http://www.upotent.ro )

For example in the assign tab i have the conditional: is_page()
on http://www.upotent.ro – the coupon shows
on http://www.upotent.ro/test (or any other page) – the coupon doesn’t appear

How can i fix this?
