Correct Upsell products not displaying

Hi there,
I’ve just bought this plugin and am trying to get it to display 1-2 specific products as up-sells when a user adds to cart. I thought i had all the settings right and I added the specific up-sell products in the plug-in settings, but it just shows random products on the pop-up still, not the products I want.

I’ve also realised that it creates a new ‘bundle’ product in my store….? Why why why?!

Help on both points would be appreciated.
