country detection issue

Hi,

I installed and activated your plugin and selected free shipping for US customers only. (Detect IP – Enabled)
It looks like the ip address based country identification doesn’t work because I can see the banner from Canada and the UK too. I have checked that thru VPN.

Any ideas how can be this fixed?
