Couple issues I noticed

If you visit my site, there are couple issues:

1. 5 stars looks like 4 stars
2. Pagination/ajax not working, page was refreshed to see second page.
3. Can I customize columns separately for desktop and mobile? I need 3 columns for desktop, and 2 columns for mobile.
4. Not an issue, but if I want white background instead of gray section box, which option setting should I change?
5. Question: If I want to remove thumb up & down, how do I turn it off?
6. Question: How do I show verified buyer stickers to all reviews because these are imported reviews from aliexpress?
