cron job to sync products from shopify to woocommerce

I have set up a cron job. It is showing a date for when next time it is scheduled. When that date comes, it changes it to another future date. Hence I am assuming it has updated the stock, price, etc. But I think it is not syncing anything.

How can I verify it has been updated? When I go to the categories and their products and see last sync date and time, I see the last date and time of sync is old. I am assuming it is not updated.

Is there any log file telling it has update?

It is not showing any success or failure status?

How do I know the CRON job has updated the products in the categories put in the cron jobs?
