cross sell with variable products

Hello,

I am currently using your plugin for up selling products. Now I would also like to enable cross selling but I got stuck immediately. The problem is that your plugin does not work with variable products. Meaning that when I have for example pacifier clips in 10 different colors, your plugin does not display image previews in there. That means people have no idea what they are buying, because for example color “powder” and “mauve” doesn’t really say anything.

And when I go to see the product itself and try to select color from there, this discount doesn’t apply to me.

How can I bypass this issue?
