We reach to you several times for an issue we’re facing that it’s obvious bug of your existing plugin and your support continues saying that this is a not bug but is actually how the functionality work which not makes sense
EXPLANATION OF THE ISSUE:
When customer is visiting our product page which is installed the cross-sell the crossell items and tick a crossell item that wish to get, if he change mind and want to untick it is not possible the tick remains on. This one give very bad experience to customers which a normal feature would be to tick it and untick it as you like, if i want to add the crossell item in my cart ill tick it but if i change mind to untick it which is pretty normal, and your support continues saying that this is a not bug and is how it works.Am sorry but this is definetly a bug and i won’t accept playing around with this we’re very kind we’re using your plugins years now we’re not first time customers but with this purchase we’re not satisfied and we asked for refund since we find the plugin in overrall buggy and the way it works in some things is not suitable for our needs. Am more than happy to leave a positive review about my experience in the platforms of your choice if you process our refund as a good will, but if you don’t unfortunately we will have to do it with a different way since it’s gonna be very unprofessional from your end by leaving my actual review and also discuss with my bank for chargeback since is very unfair to not refund us since we’re finding issues that can’t be solved and your support gives missleading answers just to get away with our money,
Even doing that with a long time customer like us that we have several licenses from your plugins, that’s not how you should treat your customers…
