CURCY PLUGIN NOT CHANGING CURRENCY

I went ahead and bought CURCY based on an article in the Event Ticket knowledge base at the link below

I have set up the plugin based on the information in the documentation as as far as I know the setup is correct. However, the currency switcher is not working properly in the ticket display box.

While the price is shown with the currency symbol the actual pricing does not change….only the symbol changes in this box which of course is incorrect and will be very confusing to customers. the following link shows a video to show what I am referring to.

I really would like some help with this matter as everything I read in Event Tickets and Curcy suggests that this plugin should work with Events Tickets Plus.
What steps have you tried so far to resolve the issue? I have checked the set up and am not seeing what may be wrong
