currency based on location

We are testing free version of Multicurrency. We want to configure plugin so our site displays fixed pricing based on customers location ( Canada & USA). Our payment gateway is PayPal.

-We want customers in the USA to see the fixed price and be able to check out in USD.
-We want customers in Canada to see the fixed price and be able to check out in CAD.
-We want any customers outside of Canada & USA to see fixed USA price and check out in USD.
-We do not want the currency selector to display.
-We do NOT want customers to be able to choose a currency. We want it assigned based on location.

If the plugin is capable of this then we will purchase unless we can use the free version.
Could you please tell us how to configure the plugin to achieve the above.
