Currency converted additional time when added to cart

Products are displaying the correct converted price initially. However when I add them to cart, the price is converted through the rate again, displaying a higher price.

Example:-

Original price = 18 GBP
GBP to USD rate = 1.24

Display price in USD = 18 * 1.24 = 22.33 USD
Price when added to cart = 22.33 * 1.24 = 27.69 USD (additional coversion)

I removed Dokan but it still does this when I add to cart with WooCommerce alone. I also use Divi as my theme. Please let me know what’s causing the issue.
