Currency converter not working properly

In the search of a premium multi-currency plugin, we were thinking that this is the one. We use cloudways hosting with wprocket
The problem is that on a trial version which we want to upgrade to premium. After some time currency, hard cache on GBP and that’s it, it wont geo-locate user. On ctrl f5 it changes (second visit) but that is not a good thing as we need customers to see currency on first visit.
Is there a way to fix this?
We really need this plugin for our worldwide customers but sadly this is partially working right now for us.
