Currency didnt change properly based on geo location

Hi, previously everything was fine. Currency changed accordingly based on country. Yesterday and today, it went haywire. Visitors from Malaysia either seing Euro or another currency. After updating exchange rate, clearing cache (wp rocket, cloudflare), it is okay for Malaysia (showing MYR). However, when I tried to VPN using Italy, Singapore it is still showing MYR. Cleared browser cache gives the same result. Any idea why is this happening?
