Currency Doesn’t converted automatically for the third currency i added.

my default curency is euro, and currency only converst for Norway krone if the billing country is norway, but doesn’t convert to mexico peso if the billing country is mexico. why ?

if the ip is norway, the billig country will be selected automaticly on norway and curency will auot convertred from euro to krona, but when the ip is mexico the billing country will be selected auto to mexico but dosn’t convedrt the currency from euro to mexico peso, why that happens ?
