Currency Not swtiching

Hi your app is not working and made me loose a lot of money. I have been running marketing campaigns for the couple of weeks and all of a sudden i discovered that the plugin is not working properly on some mobile phones and i lost a lot of money and clients because of that. I was surprised why many clients reach to checkout and dont buy then one customer explained me what he is facing. The currency is not switching properly. It shows 1 euro and 1 dollar to clients.
Please i need urgent support as soon as possible; this is not acceptable why this application is doing like this; i paid money for it and it is suppose to work properly it ruined my whole business and i lost all my marketing money and client purchases because of you!!!!!!1
