Currency only changing on product page

Plugin seems to work fine on product pages, but on other pages (shop, categories, etc) the page reloads, but the selected currency isn’t updated.
However, if I change it in the product page then navigate to the shop page it does change.

This happens with Sessions or Cookies, and with WordPress default themes.

Any insight would be appreciated, thanks.
