Custom/ API Question

I had a very detailed request. I need your help and guidance.

1. We have a WordPress multisite setup and when we receive orders we will send to a standalone website outside our network for fulfilment purposes. We are planning to use this plugin for this feature – https://woomultistore.com
Do you support this function or can I use the above plugin for it ?

2. Once we get the tracking numbers is it possible to send it to each subsite so that it can also be uploaded to the PayPal account our customer is using ?

3. Once this is done can I use the email notifications function on each subsite to notify the users the progress of the their order ?
