Custom Carrier doesn’t work

    Hi,

    I don’t use tracking service. I created a custom carrier and added a new tracking number for an order item using this new carrier. When I clicked Save, it said Tracking saved in Red. But the tracking number didn’t get saved to the order item.
    See images.
    Please help.
