Custom order status

Is it possible to add custom order status like “Shipped”, “Partially shipped” or “Quote Request”?
I need to have a template for each of the status.

E.g. I have this 3rd part status called “Partially Shipped” for WooCommerce orders.
Now, what I need is a custom template for this status only.

The default template is allready used for some other status, and content will conflict with this “Partially Shipped” status.
