Hello – I am a current customer and my agency used your plugin for a Shopify to WooCommerce migration. During the migration multiple customer orders and/or order details were not imported or were imported incorrectly (order IDs were assigned to a different customer.) Several customers are currently not able to access their accounts. And it also appears that order numbers were switched. We now have 1,700 orders on hold (most of which were processed prior to the Shopify to Woo Commerce transfer.) It appears that these orders were migrated with different order numbers. Can you please tell us how to fix this? My agency needs to resolve the matter immediately. Thank you for your help and guidance and prompt attention to this matter.
