Customers from different countries

I have a wheel on a Slovenian, Croatian and German site. How can I save to mailchimp OR activecampaing people from different countries. So that people that spin the wheel on Slovenian page, go to a list or audience “Wheel_SLO” and ones from Croatia go to list or audience “Wheel_HR”?

There are options under mailchimp that look like you can choose audience for each coutry, but when I click it, nothing happens.
