Different fonts in E-Mails

    Hi, my customer get’s emails with different fonts in it.
    Can I change that?
    Please take a look at my screenshot: https://ibb.co/C0dkMn0
    I have Custom CSS for my font “Arvo”. But it’s not working in all parts of the mails. Strange: for example the customer name – the font is working at the shipping address, but not at the billing address.
    Any ideas?
