I am currently experiencing issues with the “ALD – AliExpress Dropshipping and Fulfillment for WooCommerce” plugin, where there is a significant discrepancy in the cost representation and dashboard reporting for the orders.

    To illustrate:

The plugin dashboard shows a subtotal of $29 paid by the customer, with no shipping fee displayed. However, the item cost is split between $17.25 and $28.70, with an additional $5.09 shipping cost from USPS. This leads to a total cost of $33.79, exceeding the amount paid by the customer.

The actual supplier cost details are as follows:
    Cost of product: $11.45
    Cost of shipping: $5.09
    Tax: $0.71
    Total cost: $17.25

Furthermore, the WooCommerce transaction fee is $1.14, which is not reflected in the plugin’s cost breakdown.

Additionally, the woocommerce dashboard only displays revenue, omitting crucial details like transaction fees, shipping costs, and taxes, which are vital for accurate financial reporting and analysis.

These inconsistencies are posing challenges in tracking the true profitability and financial status of my sales.

Could you please guide me through the necessary steps to resolve these discrepancies? Any assistance in configuring the plugin settings to accurately represent all costs and revenues would be greatly appreciated.
