Doesn’t work

This app is terrible. I bought this to import previous reviews. After spending forever trying to format it because it kept uploading 0 and there is no document for the CSV column set up or explanation… I finally got them to import but it only imported 184 out of 240 and none of the images imported with it which is what I needed the most. On top of that…. the plugin looks horrible on the live page. Oh and there’s no way to mass view all reviews to adjust them or revert imports. 0/10, I want a refund. Please let me know how I can do that.
