First of all, I want to thank you for creating this plugin that is so helpful for ecommerce owners.
I recently purchased the plugin and installed it according to the documentation provided by you, however, I do not understand how it works very well, I still have no clarity when the plugin sends the recovery email.
I have done several tests as a guest and I never receive the e-mail, I do not understand if the plugin automatically sends the e-mails to the visitors or I have to do it manually from the administration and how it happens.
I would be very grateful if you can expand the information of how the plugin works
