E-mail sended even there is price condition

Hi, I have issue with emails I send from woocommerce store after order was completed.
We have different email for orders for 0 CZK than any other order.

But it sends the 0 CZK orders e-mail instead of the other one to everyone.

Its issue mainly because it doesn’t send the invoice while they spent their money, but it should not send any invoice to the ones who had free order.
