Email Customizer – do not alter gift card email

Hi,

I have been using the Email Template Customiser to send WooComm transactional emails. Last week I have installed a gift card plugin that sends an email to customers who purchased the gift card. Unfortunately the gift card email is misconfigured by the ETC. It is sending the click and collect custom email rather than the gift card email designed.

I’d like to understand where the ETC needs to be configured so that it doesn’t alter the gift card email.
