Email customizer dont working with custom emails

Hello,

I can not customize custom order emails made by plugin https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-order-status-manager/. And at that point the plugin becomes useless.

This is not good, since every business is unique and every business has different needs. If you are selling a premium plugin that provides basic options is not good.

Is this an issue or plugin can not privide ability to customize custom emails?

Please let me know what is the best solution for that issue.
