Email not send after winning, responsive is not support

We just purchase the plugin from themeforest and facing with 3 issues

1. Email not sending after wining – we tried also to connect our Brevo account.
The mailing list dropdown showing the list but nothing happened with or without the activating the brevo integration.

2. The wheel is not support responsive and broken on mobile.
