email not working

Hello

1. My emails do not seem to be working – i am setting up emails to replace woocommerce emails (order, account creation etc) I have tried a few different email ids and i dont seem to receive any test emails.

2. Can the unsubscribe link be available for all the different types of emails that need to be created using the emails template customizer? I am in the process of customising emails for the woocommerce emails(order, account creation etc) and i do not find the unsubscribe shortcode available to add it to the emails.
