email pop-up won’t disappear after email is entered

Dear support,

Our email pop-up window is now working thanks to your help, however when an address is entered, the pop-up won’t disappear after we click ‘add to cart’ and will freeze on the website. Pressing X removes the pop-up, however doesn’t gather the email address.
