Email template priority

Hi Support,

I recently purchased the ‘WooCommerce Email Template Customizer’. I noticed that, there is a template for Abandoned Cart in it as well. However, abandoned cart also comes with its own template. Therefore my question is, Which email template gets priority when the website is fully functional ?
