Emails are getting delayed and not all emails are being sent

Hello,

I recently bought this plugin.

I have created 3 templates, but the plugin sends only one email to the customers.

The timeframe for the first email is set to 30 minutes after the user drops, but emails are goes after about 24 hours.

Not sure what the problem is and request you to help me solve it.
