Emails are not responsive on mobile

When I send a test email everything looks fine on the desktop, but when I open the email on the mobile the text looks extremely small (as if the Responsive point remains on the values ​​of the desktop).
I looked at another ticket with the same problem, I saw that you increased the Responsive point to 414px but that didn’t work either.
