Emails Language

Hi there.
I’m having troubles with emails languages.
I’ve activated the plugin and automatically almost all email templates are created in english. For now my site is portuguese and later i will add english with wpml.
How can i have my emails in portuguese? Should i translate this ones or create new ones? I will need english later..
On the documentation there’s noting refering this.
