Emails sending for opposite categories

    Hello,

I have two sets of emails for my website. One is for products and one is for training courses, these had been working fine up until recently.

We added a new training course date so I simply updated a set of the training course emails to the new date (7th July) and then published these.

However this setup is no longer working correctly. For some reason, product orders are now triggering the training course emails, and training course orders are now triggering product emails. This is in spite of the fact that the training course emails are assigned to a training course category and the product emails are assigned to product categories (general emails such as “Customer Note” are not assigned a category). The product emails are are set to priority 6 and the training course emails are set to priority 5.

The only other change I can think of that’s happened recently is that there was an update to the email customiser plugin.

Do you have a solution for this?

    Kind Regards,

    M.

P.S. I’ve draughted all of the 7th July emails currently, since otherwise they send when someone orders a physical product.
